The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of The Administrative Building Of The Commune Office With An Elevator Along With The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building With Internal Electrical Installation And The Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People. It Is Planned To Demolish Part Of The Ramp For Disabled People, Which Interferes With The Designed Elevator, And Build A New Section Of The Ramp. The Ramp Will Be Connected To The Existing Ramp Via A Designed Landing. The Planned Construction Project Is Aimed At Adapting The Building To The Current Needs Of Its Current Users, And Will Ensure The Accessibility Of The Facility To People With Disabilities On An Equal Basis With Able-Bodied People. The Location Of The Shaft Is Expected To Be Attached To The Front, I.E. Eastern, Façade Of The Building. The Connection Between The Shaft And The Building Is Designed In A Non-Invasive Way. The Entrance From The Ground Level To The Elevator Is Designed As An External Entrance Through The Designed Vestibule. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Tasks: A) Demolition Works, B) Construction Works Of The Elevator Shaft, C) Renovation Works, D) Façade, E) Elevator, F) External Works - Ramp For The Disabled, G) Wiring And Electrical Installation Works. The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Specification Will Take Place On An Active Facility (Niwiska Commune Office), Administered By The Ordering Party. Due To The Nature Of The Public Institution Involved In The Works And Their Location, The Employer Requires Appropriate Security Of The Works Front, Material Transport Routes, As Well As Ensuring Order And Cleanliness Of The Immediate Vicinity Of The Construction Site. The Costs Of All Security Measures, E.G. Foil, Barriers, Tapes, Cardboard Boxes, Etc., Should Be Included In The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan And Carry Out The Works In A Safe And Least Burdensome Manner For People Using The Office And The Bank, Ensuring A Minimum Of Restrictions And Inconvenience Related To The Works Performed. Office Rooms Should Be Protected Against Dirt And Damage, And The Work Area Should Be Kept Tidy At The End Of Each Day. The Works Should Be Performed In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Difficulties And Causes As Little Nuisance As Possible For People Using The Building And Its Surroundings.
