The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Renovation Of The Existing Pitch With Two Volleyball Fields And A Running Track With A Landing Hill, Located On Plot No. 9 Within 7-06-01.1. Subject Of The Ordera) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Dismantling Works And Comprehensive Construction And Assembly Works, Including In Particular: Construction Of A Synthetic Surface, Construction Of A Sand Surface, Installation Of A Roll Lawn, Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: Wooden Playground Equipment, Wooden Platform With A Clothes Hanger, Waste Bins, Benches, Tables, Ball Catch, Renovation Of The Existing Playing Field, Renovation Of The Existing Running Track. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Accompanying, Preparatory And Cleaning Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. B) The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment And Materials Used Are Brand New, Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Provisions Of The Project, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Meet The Pn-En Standards Appropriate For The Given Product Range, With Particular Emphasis On Safety Standards And Applicable Regulations And Requirements, C) The Condition For The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party Will Be Conducting A Post-Assembly Inspection Aimed At Verifying The Safety Of The Entire Facility Before It Is Released For Use. This Inspection Will Be Performed By An Independent, Authorized Certification Body Approved By The Ordering Party. The Costs Of The Inspection Are Borne By The Contractor. D) The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility.
