The Subject Of The Contract Regarding Design Documentation Should Be Implemented In A Manner Consistent With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1609) And The Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Carrying Out The Administrative Procedure Related To Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Along With All Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Together With The Authors Supervision Of The Project Author.
