The Basis For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Prepared By The Plan Design Studio, Ul. Grzegorza 20, 65-831 Zielona Góra, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. 3. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program For Priority 6 European Funds Closer To The Inhabitants Of Lower Silesia, Measure 6.2 Local Development - Iit Strategies. 4. The Subject Of The Task Is The Development Of The Area At Ul. Korczyński Brothers In The Fabryczne Housing Estate By Renovating The Existing, Neglected City Square, Establishing A Pocket Park And Adapting The Area To Fulfill Leisure, Recreational And Integration Functions, With Particular Emphasis On The Needs Of The Elderly And People With Disabilities. The Designed Area Includes Plots No. 16 And Parts Of Plots No. 13 And No. 17/7 (According To The New Numbering: 1363, 1369 And 1355). The Area Is Limited By A Street Constituting A Housing Estate Parking Lot, Branching Off From Ul. Korczyński Brothers And At The Back Of A Row Of Single-Story Buildings, Including A Day Care Facility For The Elderly - The Day Home For Seniors+. The Surface Of The Investment Area Is Largely Green, Consisting Of A Neglected Lawn, A Few Trees Along The Parking Lot And Bushes. Only A Small Fragment, Near The Rear Exit Of The Day Care Facility For Seniors, Is Paved With Paving Stones With Edges In The Form Of Curbs Raised Above The Ground.5. The Scope Of The Task Includes Comprehensive Works Related To Greenery Management, Including The Care Of Existing Greenery And New Plantings. The Main Goal Is To Create A Green Room With A Free Layout, Sheltered From The Parking Lot, Commercial And Service Buildings And Urban Infrastructure, With Four Zones: Relaxation, Recreation, Walking And Gardening. The Task Includes The Construction Of New Pedestrian Routes, The Demolition Of The Existing Stone Wall, The Construction Of Area Lighting And The Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including A Gazebo, Benches, Including Additional Armrests For The Elderly/With Limited Mobility, Flower Pots And Waste Containers. Street Workout Equipment, Chess Stations And A Gardening Zone With Flowerpots Intended For Seniors From A Nearby Day Care Facility Are Also Planned. The Designed Space Will Function As A Local Social Integration Point, Promoting Physical Activity And Intergenerational Contacts. The Investment Will Be Carried Out With The Needs Of Disabled People In Mind And The Activation Of Both The Elderly, Children And Young People. 6. The Scope Of The Tas
