Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity To Facilities Administered By The Grodziczno Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Facility Administered By The Grodziczno Commune, In Accordance With The Annex To The Swz, Containing A List Of The Electricity Consumption Point With A Description Of The Characteristics And Estimated Energy Demand.2. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supplied For 1 Energy Consumption Point Is 200,000 Kwh In The C22b Tariff, Of Which 100,000 Kwh In The Peak/Day Zone And 100,000 Kwh In The Off-Peak/Night Zone, In Accordance With The Annex To The Swz - List Of Energy Consumption Points.3. Determining The Estimated Demand For Electricity Is An Element Used To Select The Most Advantageous Offer And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Supply Electricity In The Given Amounts. 4. Electricity Will Be Supplied In Accordance With The Standards And Conditions Specified In The Detailed Rules For Shaping The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And In The Implementing Provisions To This Act And Other Applicable Legal Provisions.5. Detailed Information And Terms Of The Order: 1) Currently, The Ordering Party Does Not Have A Contract For The Sale Of Electricity For The Energy Consumption Point In Question; 2) The Operator Of The Electricity Distribution System Of The Energy Consumption Point In Question Is Energa Operator S.A.; 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor With Whom The Energy Supply Contract Will Be Concluded, If Necessary, Carries Out The Procedure For Effectively Changing The Electricity Supplier In Accordance With The Distribution Network Operation And Operation Manual. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Carry Out The Procedure For An Effective Change Of Supplier On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; 4) The Facility That Supplies The Intake Point In Question Is An Facility Under Construction, Without A Measurement And Billing System; 5) The Contractor Is Expected To Carefully Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Make A Local Inspection Of The Facilities That Are The Subject Of This Procedure; 6) Electricity Should Meet Standards And Technical Parameters, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, As Well As Polish Standards; 7) The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator, With Whom The Ordering Party Has A Signed Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services As Of The Date Of Commencement Of Electricity Supply; 8) The Amount Of Energy Sold Will Be Settled Based On Readings From Measurement And Billing Systems Made By The Distribution System Operator, With A 1-Month Settlement Period; 9) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Energy Consumption Points Indicated In The Appendix To The Swz - List Of Energy Consumption Points., In Particular In Cases Of Changes In
