. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Truck Intended For The Collection And Transport Of Solid Waste For Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Sępólno Krajeńskie At Ul. E. Orzeszkowa 8. The Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle Are Included In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law And Free From Any Legal Or Physical Defects. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Financed In The Form Of Leasing. The Choice Of The Lessor Rests With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Office Together With A Set Of Documents Necessary For Its Receipt And Conclusion Of The Leasing Agreement, Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Parties Undertake To Cooperate To The Extent Necessary For The Efficient Conduct Of The Leasing Financing Procedure And The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. After Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform A Technical Inspection Of The Vehicle On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, At The Vehicle Inspection Station Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Costs Of The Technical Examination Are Borne By The Ordering Party. If The Result Of The Technical Examination Reveals Physical Defects Of The Vehicle, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Withdraw From Concluding The Contract With The Contractor, And In Such A Case The Contractor Has No Right To Submit Any Claims To The Ordering Party.
