Activities Carried Out By The Contractor As Part Of Investor Supervision: 2.1.1. Resulting From The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524); 2.1.2. Coordinating And Supervising The Process Investment, Ensuring Constant Exchange Of Information With The Ordering Party; 2.1.3. Securing The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Construction Practices; 2.1.4. Participation In The Handover Of The Works Site Premises; 2.1.5. Exercising And Conducting Supervision At Such Intervals As To Ensure The Continuity And Execution Of The Works, As Well As At The Request Of The Works Manager Or The Ordering Party (Implementation Of Supervision Within A Period Not Longer Than 2 Business Days From The Request By The Works Manager Or The Ordering Party); 2.1.6 The Ordering Party About Any Circumstances Affecting The Planned Deadlines Or Costs Of The Works Being Exceeded; 2.1.7. Enforcing The Contractor To Meet The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of The Materials Used And The Works Performed; 2.1.11. Resolving, In Consultation With The Works Manager, Technical Doubts Arising During The Execution Of The Works, Seeking, If Necessary, The Opinion Of Experts And The Ordering Party; 2.1.12. Industry);2.1.13. Inspection And Acceptance Of Works That Are Subject To Covering Or Disappearing;2.1.17. Supporting The Contractor In Securing The Work Site;2.1.15. Verification Of Complete As-Built Documentation;2.1.16. Preparation Of The Works Acceptance Report;2.1.18. Cooperation With All Participants Of The Investment Process; 2.1.19. Confirming The Works Actually Performed And Removing Defects; 2.1.20.
