Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Tractor With Accessories, Including A Forest Crane With A Bucket And A Flail Mower, Intended To Carry Out Statutory Tasks Of The Municipal Utilities Plant In Wałcz. The Set Will Be Used To Perform Works Related To The Maintenance Of Green Areas, Mowing Roadsides, Ditches And Wastelands, Cleaning Works, Loading And Transport Works, As Well As Works In The Field Of Tree Management And Removing The Effects Of Random Events. The Bucket Will Enable Earthworks, Reloading And Snow Removal From Roads, Squares And Municipal Areas In Winter. The Purchase Of A Multifunctional Set Will Increase The Efficiency Of The Municipal Plants Own Tasks, Reduce Equipment Operating Costs, Improve Work Safety And Ensure Continuity Of Municipal Services Throughout The Year. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of Zgk In Wałcz, Ul. Budowlanych 9, 78-600 Wałcz From Monday To Friday From: 8-15. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility And Bears All Costs For Securing, Loading, Transporting And Unloading The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Procurement Documents, Including The Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Until The Subject Of The Contract Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol. 3. The Tractor Must Be Unused, Brand New, Manufactured In 2025/2026, Fully Operational And Ready For Use, Meeting All Safety Requirements, Have All Documents In Accordance With The Regulations And Authorizing Its Use.4. The Contractor Will Train The Indicated Staff In The Field Of Service And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order At The Headquarters Of Zgk Wałcz5.
