The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Including Assembly And Commissioning) Of Equipment And Software In The Field Of 3D Printing Technology, I.E. Additive Manufacturing Technology Devices, Including: A) A Medium-Format 3D Printer (Hereinafter Referred To As Device I), B) A Large-Format 3D Printer (Hereinafter Referred To As Device Ii), With Parameters (Dimension Or Possibility Of Delivery In Elements Or Modules) Enabling Installation In A Room With A Clear Door Leading 90 × 200 Cm Without The Need To Interfere With The Building Elements Of The Facility. The Installation Site For Device Ii Is A Room Accessed By A Door With A Clearance Of 90 × 200 Cm. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Device Ii As A Whole Or In Elements Or Modules So That It Can Be Assembled And Installed In This Room. The Contractor Should Indicate In Annex No. 4 To The Swz How To Install Device Ii. C) Software Intended For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned. Devices, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Description Of The Quality Requirements And The Scope Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Determined By: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz; B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Delivered During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete, Ready For Work, Subject To The Following Sentence. In The Case Of Device Ii, It Should Be Ready For Operation After Appropriate Installation In A Room Accessed By A Door With A Clearance Of 90 × 200 Cm, Without The Need To Interfere With The Building Elements Of The Facility. The Manufacturers Support For All Elements Offered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Begins On The Day Of Signing: A) The Acceptance Protocol - Device I And Software; B) The Final Acceptance Protocol Of Device Iii Is Valid At Least For The Period Of The Warranty Granted For A Given Device. The Devices Included In The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered With Complete Cabling Necessary For Proper Operation. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
