The Scope Of Delivery And The Rules For Its Performance Are Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).3. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Transfer To The Ordering Party Of Ownership Of A Brand New Fixed Asset, I.E.
