1. The Subject Of The Order Is Emergency Repairs Of Water And Sewage Installations In Buildings Managed By Kzgm In Katowice, In The Resources Eb-1, Eb-2, Eb-3, Eb-4, Eb-5, Eb-6, Respectively. The Works Will Consist In Particular In Replacing Parts Of Water And Sewage Installations On Risers And Levels, Replacing Damaged Elements Of Water And Sewage Installations, Such As: Valves, Water Meters, Connectors, Cleaners, Thawing Frozen Sections Of Water And Sewage Installations, Replacing External Parts Of Water And Sewage Installations In Excavations, Replacing And Repairing Elements Of External Sewage Installations, I.E. Inspection Wells And Storm Drains. Note: The Works Will Be Carried Out In Inhabited Buildings And Their Surroundings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Used Communication Routes, Parking Lots And Sidewalks Clean On An Ongoing Basis.2. The Order Will Be Implemented Up To The Amount Intended For Its Financing, I.E. Pln 223,500.09 Gross.3. The Ordering Party Requires A 12-Month Quality Warranty Along With Specifying The Terms Of Warranty Service For The Works, Materials And Devices Installed.4. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Individual Work Orders, Issued In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Settled On An As-Built Basis Based On Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Order Documents, Including: 1) Stwiorb (Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract); 2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. All Obligations Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party As Well As The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Settlement Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.7.
