The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, Including The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Equipment For The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Catering Workshop In The School Building Of The Ckz Technical School Complex In Rusocin And Obtaining, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Document Enabling The Lawful Use Of The Facility. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Building Of The Technical School Complex Of The Vocational Education Center. Maciej Rataj In Rusocin At Ul. Macieja Rataja 12, Located On Plot No. 2032/2, Łęgowo District. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Liquidation Of The Existing Basement By Demolishing The Ceiling Above The Basement, Making The Necessary Structural Reinforcements, Backfilling The Basement Room And Constructing A Floor On The Ground; 2) Carrying Out Demolition Works, Including The Demolition Of Partition Walls, External Stairs, Finishing Elements And Joinery; 3) Execution Of Construction Works To Create A Catering Workshop, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 4) Installation Of New Floor Layers With Underfloor Heating; 5) Replacement And Construction Of New Windows And Doors; 6) Construction Of Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Technological Sewage With A Fat Separator, Central Heating, Mechanical Ventilation And Gas Installation Along With The Relocation Of The Gas Meter; 7) Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations Along With The Necessary Measurements, Tests And Commissioning; 8) Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Technological And Furniture Equipment For The Catering Workshop; 9) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Adjustments, Commissioning And Acceptance; 10) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 11) Development Of A Fire Scenario And Fire Safety Instructions For The Entire Building; 12) Delivery And Installation Of Fire-Fighting Equipment, Markings And Other Elements Required By Fire Protection Regulations; 13) Conducting Training For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Use And Operation Of The Installed Installations, Devices And Equipment; 14) Performing All Activities, Studies, Documents, Arrangements And Acceptances Necessary To Obtain A Document Enabling The Ordering Party To Use The Building In Accordance With The Law. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Educational Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of The Facilitys Users And Does Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The School To A Greater Extent Than Is Necessary For The Execution Of The Order.
