4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organization And Technical And Production Support Of The Lower Silesian Congress Of National Remembrance, Which Will Be Held In The Centennial Hall Complex In Wrocław (Ul. Wystawowa 1, 51-618 Wrocław) On September 21-22, 2026. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: Ensuring The Security Of The Event, Organization Of The Entrance And Reception Areas, Scenic Technology Of The Main Stage And Panel Zones, Arrangement And Development Of Space (Set Design Elements), Production Of Branding Materials, Provision Of Technical Staff And On-Site Coordination, Logistics And Project Management At All Stages Of Preparation, Implementation And Completion Of The Event.4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Tasks, Technical, Organizational And Quantitative Requirements, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Opz) Together With Annexes.4.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Basic Scope (Guaranteed) And The Scope Covered By The Option Law, Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).4.4. The Basic (Guaranteed) Scope Covers The Full Scope Of Organization And Technical And Production Support Of The Event Specified In Point 7.2 And Point 8 Of The Opz, Carried Out On The Following Dates: Assembly From September 20, 2026, Event From September 21-22, 2026, Dismantling By September 23, 2026.4.5. The Service Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Applicable Legal Provisions, Regulations And Requirements Of The Facility (Centennial Hall) And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Organizational Skills.4.6. The Number Of Pieces, Sizes, Working Times And Technical Parameters Indicated In The Opz Constitute Minimum Values ​​Or Starting Assumptions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Solutions To The Actual Needs Of The Event In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of The Objectives Specified In Opz.4.7. The Contractor Shall Carry Out All Works In Compliance With The Regulations Of The Facility And Conservation And Fire Protection Requirements, Due To The Nature Of The Centennial Hall Inscribed On The Unesco World Heritage List.
