1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Analog Mixers And A Digital Mixer With Flight Cases (Hereinafter Referred To As: Equipment).2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Equipment: • Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Full Value And Meeting The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz); • Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Law And Norms And Standards; • Approved For Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland • The Offered Equipment, On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, Cannot Be Intended For By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sale;• The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment To The Building Of The Marshals Office In Lublin, Ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, On Its Own, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Including Bringing The Equipment To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative During The Ordering Partys Office Hours, I.E. On Working Days From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M..3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz, From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. The Period Of The Warranty Provided By The Contractor Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In This Procedure.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Within 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
