1. The Vehicle Is Factory-Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic, Brand New, Year Of Production: 2026.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Contains The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements.3. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated In Annex 7 Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Equivalent Solutions: 1) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 2) In The Above Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
