1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of: A Design For The Construction Of A Sidewalk In The Town Of Pogórska Wola, Poskle Hamlet - Stage I, Which Constitutes Part Of The First Order. As Part Of The Order, A Concept And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Sidewalk Should Be Developed, On One Side Of The Road, Along With Drainage, Along The District Road No. 1378K In Pogórska Wola, From The Intersection With The National Road No. Dk94g To The Intersection With Municipal Roads 203662K And 203675K (Section Approximately 415 M), In Accordance With The Indicative Scope Indicated On The Overview Map Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Road In Question Is A Public Road Of Collective Class (Kdz). The Designed Sidewalk Should Meet The Technical And Operational Conditions Adapted To The Road Class In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 889, As Amended). All Geometric And Technical Parameters Of The Designed Sidewalk And, In Connection With It, Including: Roads, Intersections, Drainage Systems, Street Lighting, Possible Engineering Structures And Culverts Related To Crossing Watercourses And All Related Technical Infrastructure Must Comply With The Technical Conditions, Opinions And Guidelines Issued By Relevant Units, Including In Particular Relevant Road Managers, Authorities Responsible For Water Management, And Owners Of The Land Infrastructure Network.2. When Designing, The Principles Of Designing Pedestrian Crossings Along District Roads Should Be Taken Into Account, Which Constitute Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Required Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Permits, Including In Particular The Final Building Permit Or Notification Of Works With A Certificate Of No Objection To The Construction Notification, Permission To Cut Down Trees, And Obtain Consent On Behalf Of The Ordering Party From The Owners Of The Plots For The Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of Loan Agreements, And Obtain All Decisions From Administrators, Managers And Administrators, E.G.
