The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Conservation Documentation And The Performance Of Authors Supervision Under The Option Right For The Task Titled: Revitalization Of Part A Of The Former Evangelical Cemetery Located In Karsibór, Register No. 306, Karsibór District 15.2. The Basic Scope Includes In Particular The Development Of Conservation Documentation, Documentation Regarding Green Areas, A Program Of Conservation And Restoration Works, A Land Development Project With A Greenery Design, An Architectural And Construction Project And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With The Required Studies, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Decisions.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Support For The Ordering Party In The Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For The Works And Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Documentation, Including Answering Questions Regarding The Documentation Within 5 Business Days Of Their Submission.4. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party May Commission Authors Supervision During Construction Works, Conservation Works, Restoration Works, Greenery Works And Other Works Performed On The Basis Of Documentation.5.
