Tenders are invited for Providing Service at Staff Canteen. Bidding Documents shall be obtained from the Senior Assistant Registrar/ Welfare of the University from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days from 06.07.2026 to 27.07.2026 on providing the receipt for payment of a non-refundable bid fee of LKR 500.00 paid in cash to the Shroff of the University. Duly completed sealed bid forms in duplicate (Original and Duplicate to be enclosed separately in two envelopes and then those two envelopes to be enclosed in a single envelops) should be sent under registered post to, Senior Assistant Registrar, Welfare Division, University of Moratuwa, Katubedda, Moratuwa or deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor of the New Administration Building, Welfare Division, University of Moratuwa, on or before 28 July 2026 at 2.30 p.m. All bids shall be accompanied by a refundable bid deposit receipt of LKR 5,000.00 paid in cash to the Shroff of the University (Original of the receipt of the payment shall be attached to the bid). Late/ Incomplete Bids will be rejected. The envelope must be clearly labelled "Bid for Providing Service at Staff Canteen" on the top left hand corner of the envelope. The decision of the Procurement Committee will be the final. Alternative Bids will not be accepted.
