Helen Keller Intl invites all eligible Bidders to submit proposals to provide services for a financial and compliance audit of a country office, for the year ending June 30, 2026 for Helen Keller Intl Kenya, hereinafter referred to as The Country Office (or CO). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a vendor that will provide best value to Helen Keller Intl, when both technical and cost factors are combined.
