Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Paddy Dryers - Distribution among Registered Co-operative Societies. Bidding Documents could be obtained from the "M Floor, Finance Division, Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Co-operative Development, No. 492, R.A De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 03 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 35,000 in cash. Bidding Documents will be issued from July 08, 2026 to July 27, 2026 on any working days, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. daily. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 7,500,000.00 (Sri Lankan Rupees Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand) as detailed in the BDS (ITB 20.2).
