To Carry Out This Service, The Awarded Bidder Must Have Equipment, Sufficient Accredited Personnel And Supply All The Inputs And Work Tools That Are Demanded, Provide The Necessary Equipment And Implements, For The Correct Fulfillment Of The Contracted Services, On A Continuous And Permanent Basis, Guaranteeing Timely And Quality Development. The Particular Characteristics Of The Services To Be Acquired Are Described In The Technical Bases That Accompany These Administrative Bases. The Evaluation And Awarding Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out By The Complete Offer, Being A Requirement To Offer For All The Items Of This Tender, Otherwise, It Will Be Rejected Without The Right To Evaluation.
