Bids Are Invited For Elevator Preventive Maintenance Service

The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is To Contract The Monthly Preventive Maintenance Service Of The Elevators Installed In The Alto Hospicio Local Prosecutors Office And The Tamarugal Local Prosecutors Office, Both Dependent On The Tarapacá Regional Prosecutors Office, For A Period Of Twenty-Four 24 Months, With The Purpose Of Ensuring The Correct Functioning, Operational Continuity, Reliability And Safety Of Said Equipment, In Accordance With Law No. 20,296, Supreme Decree No. 22, Of 2009, Of The Ministry Of Housing And Urban Planning, And Other Current Applicable Technical Regulations. The Service Will Include The Execution Of All Preventive Maintenance Activities, Inspection, Review, Adjustment, Lubrication, Cleaning, Functional Tests And Other Services Established In The Technical Bases, And The Contractor Must Maintain The Equipment In Optimal Operating Conditions Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Ensuring The Continuity Of The Service And The Safety Of Officials, Users And Third Parties Who Attend The Institutional Facilities.
