The Contracting Of Supply Of Poct Gases Determinations With Eq, Has The Objective Of Complying In A Manner Continues The Care Work That Has Been Entrusted To Our Institution, Establishing The Conditions That Allow Achieve The Most Advantageous Combination Between All The Benefits Of The Good Or Service To Be Acquired, And All Its Costs Associates, Present And Future (Art. 37 Of The Regulations), According To The Following Detail: Item 1 Internal Code 03-002-246-0043 Description Poct Gases Determination Associated Team Unit Measurement A Quantity Dear (5 Months) 20,000 Gases/Elp Equipment According To Technical Specifications Detailed In Art. 22°. The Requirement Considered For The Purpose Of This Tender Is Considered To Be Of A Standard Nature Of Simple And Objective Specification (Art. 46 And 117 Of The Regulation) At The Time Of Awarding, The Hospital May Increase Or Decrease Up To 30% Of The Estimated Amounts In These Bidding Rules, In Accordance With The Available Budgets, And Without Altering The Principle Of Strict Subjection To The Bases Of Equality Of The Bidders. (*) It Is Established That The Quantities Of Products And/Or Services Have A Variable Flow, Which Means That The Hospital Does Not Undertakes To Acquire Specific Quantities Periodically, It Will Be According To The Hospitals Requirements, So In No Case Will Minimum Purchase Stock Be Set, Nor Totals, So The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Dispatch. Likewise, The Issuance Of The Respective Orders Of Purchase And The Effective Acquisition Of The Goods And/Or Services Will Be Strictly Subject To The Availability Effective Budget Of The Institution, Which Will Be Endorsed In The Respective Certificate Of Availability Budget Statement (Cdp) Issued Prior To Each Requirement. Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Carried Out By Awarded Item (Line), For Which Each Supplier May Bid For An Item Of Those Indicated In This Point, For More Than One Or For All Of These, Each Item Corresponding To A Product Or Service Line. (*) Important: The Associated Equipment Indicated In This Tender Is Commissioned For Item 1, So The Bidder That Applies For Said Item Will Have As A Mandatory Requirement Its Respective Disposition, Which Will Be Under The Commitment Letter Attached To The Offer And/Or By Completing The Table Corresponding To The Associated Equipment In The Annex No. 2 And Sign That Document, As Indicated In The Technical Admissibility Of These Bases.
