Offaly. This Rft Covers Stage (I) Only. Stages (Ii)–(V) Will Be Procured Separately. The Landfill Continues To Generate Leachate Requiring Ongoing Treatment And Management. The Council Seeks An Evidence Based Assessment Of Current And Future Leachate Generation, Evaluation Of Existing Infrastructure Performance, And Identification Of Feasible Long Term Treatment Options.
