To The Detailed Planning Of The Jõelähtme Region Of Loo Township Established By Decision No. 168 (Conarte Oü Work No. Dp-2020/285, Hereinafter Detailed Planning) And Jõelähtme Parish, Loo Township Jõeäare Recreation Area Solution Main Project (Est Estate Oü Work Jõelähtme Parish, Loo Township Jõeääre Recreation Area 14_2024) And The Design And Construction Of Peakraavi Road Up To Kruusimäe Road (Cadastral Code 24504:002:0589) In The Scope And Conditions Specified In The Draft Procurement Contract And In Accordance With The Conditions Stipulated In Other Public Procurement Basic Documents, Taking Into Account That The Procurer Does Not Order The Works That Are Listed In Appendix 1 Of The Technical Description And This Is Described In The Change Plan.
