Tenders Are Invited For The Finnish Model Of The Hobby In Muurame 2026-2027 (Dps)

The Municipality Of Muurami Is Tendering For The Organization Of Recreational Activities Aimed At Children And Young People For The 2026-2027 School Year As Part Of The Model Of Sports In Finland Projects. The Purpose Of The Projects Is To Enable Every Child And Young Person To Have A Pleasant And Free Hobby During The School Day. The Finnish Model Combines Listening To Children And Young People About Their Hobby Wishes, Coordinating Existing Good Practices And Ways Of Working, And Cooperation Between The School And Hobbyists. The Target Group Is Students In Grades 1–9 Of Basic Education. The Organizers Of The Hobby Can Be Sports Clubs, Cultural Actors, Youth Organizations, Municipalities, Companies And Other Communities That Organize Hobby Activities That Have Expertise In Working With Children And Young People. The Competition Is Carried Out As An Open Competition In Two Stages. In The First Stage Of The Dynamic Procurement System, The Organizers Of The Hobby Sign Up To To The System. In This Context, The Suitability Of The Candidate Is Checked. All Suppliers Who Meet The Eligibility And Minimum Requirements Will Be Selected For Dps. In The Second Stage, Candidates Can Submit Bids For Tenders Organized Within The Dps System. Offers Will Be Requested For The Hobby Activities According To The Attached Preliminary Hobby Order. Requests For Tenders Will Be Organized Within These Sub-Areas Until The Deadline For The Dps Participation Notice Until 31 May 2027.
