Project Background The Municipality Of Tervola Is Requesting Bids For The Design Of The Communication Program For The Tervola Puupuisto Development Project. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Tervola Puupuisto Development Project Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf). The Project Investigates The Technical, Environmental And Business Conditions Of The Regions And Identifies New Investment And Business Opportunities, Especially From The Point Of View Of Circular Economy, Side Streams Of The Wood Industry, Renewable Energy, Low Carbon And Green Transition. The Project Aims To:• Develop Intelligent Management Of Material Flows And Reduce The Generation Of Waste• Improve Energy Efficiency And The Utilization Of Bioenergy In The Area• Support The Sustainable Growth And Renewal Of Smes In The Area• Strengthen Know-How Related To The Circular Economy And The Bioeconomy With A High Degree Of Processing • Build An Ecosystem And Networks To Support The Cooperation Of Smes Objective Of The Procurement The Aim Of The Work Is To Prepare A Communication Program For The Project That Increases The Projects Visibility, Supports Company And Investor Communication And Promotes The Achievement Of The Projects Goals. The Maximum Value Of The Purchase Is 5,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Content Of The Work According To The Project Plan, The Communication Program Utilizes Multi-Channel Communication, Such As Online Communication, Social Media And Regional Media. The Work Must Include At Least:• A Kick-Off Meeting• One Planning Event With The Client To Support The Creation Of A Communication Program• Final Presentation Outcomes The Final Result Of The Service Will Deliver:• A Communication Program That Includes: - The Projects Online Content And Social Media Channels. - Plan Bulletins And Articles On The Areas Development. - Targeted Campaigns For Smes And Investors. - Necessary Visual Material (Brochures, Infographics). All Materials Are Delivered In Electronic Form. The Work Is Carried Out In Close Cooperation With The Projects Project Coordinator. The Projects Application Summary And A Map Of The Area Are Attached. The Request For Tenders Concerns Measure 3 Of The Application Summary. The Tenderer Must Take Into Account The Project Goals And Starting Points Presented In The Application Summary In Their Offer.
