Project Background The Municipality Of Tervola Is Requesting Bids For The Preparation Of A Feasibility And Development Report For The Tervola Puupuisto Development Project. The Procurement Is Carried Out As Part Of The Tervola Puupuisto Development Project Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf). The Municipality Of Tervola Implements The Tervola Puupuisto Development Project, Which Aims To Develop The Puupuisto Iii Area And The Viia Industrial Area As Business, Investment And Industrial Location Environments. The Project Investigates The Technical, Environmental And Business Conditions Of The Regions And Identifies New Investment And Business Opportunities, Especially From The Point Of View Of Circular Economy, Side Streams Of The Wood Industry, Renewable Energy, Low Carbon And Green Transition. The Project Aims To:• Develop Intelligent Management Of Material Flows And Reduce The Generation Of Waste• Improve Energy Efficiency And The Utilization Of Bioenergy In The Area• Support The Sustainable Growth And Renewal Of Smes In The Area• Strengthen Know-How Related To The Circular Economy And The Bioeconomy With A High Degree Of Processing • Builds An Ecosystem And Networks To Support The Cooperation Of Smes. Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Preparation Of A Feasibility And Development Report For The Development Project Of The Puupuisto In Tervola. In The Report, The Development Possibilities Of The Regions Should Be Examined In Particular:• From The Point Of View Of The Utilization Of Material Flows And By-Flows Of The Wood Industry • From The Point Of View Of Energy And Energy Solutions • From The Point Of View Of The Location Conditions Of Companies. In Addition, If Necessary, The Survey Can Examine Factors Affecting The Development Of The Areas, Such As Traffic Arrangements, Logistics Connections, And Energy And Electricity Network Connections, To The Extent That Their Examination Is Necessary To Achieve The Objectives Of The Procurement. Data Centers, Biocoal, Solar Energy).• Carrying Out Market Analysis, Company Interviews And Assessment Of Investor Interest. • Quantitative Impact Assessments Of Possible Investments Are Prepared. Output As A Result Of The Work, At Least:• Puupuisto Iii Operational Environment Development Plan • Feasibility Study • Road Map For The Years 2027–2030. All Materials Must Be Submitted In Electronic Format. The Work Is Carried Out In Close Cooperation With The Customer. The Assignment Includes At Least A Kick-Off Meeting, Two Workshops And A Final Presentation. The Aim Of The Workshops Is To Deal With The Progress Of The Work, Preliminary Results And Conclusions, And To Support The Guidance Of The Work And The Preparation Of The Final Products. The Provider Is Responsible For The Preparation, Facilitation And Presentation Materials Of The Workshops. The Progress Of The Work Will Be Reported To The Customer During The Work, And An Interim Report Will Be Delivered Before The Second Installment. Attached Is The Application Summary Of The Project And A Map Of The Area. The Tender Request Applies To Measures 1 And 2 Of The Application Summary.
