The Municipality Of Karstula Requests Offers For The Demolition Contract Of The Old Health Center With Its Buildings In Accordance With The Attached Documents.Target:- Karstula Health Center And Its Areas- Addresses: Hämeenpurontie 9, 7 And 5B, 43500 Karstula- Years Of Construction: 1963, 1970, 1980, 1981 And 1989 The Contract Includes:- Demolition Planning And Construction Site Plan And Safety Plan (Main Contractors Obligations) - Construction Waste Plan For Demolition Permit - Hazardous Substance Demolition Work According To The Aha Survey - Controlled Demolition Of Buildings And Taking Into Account Dust Containment/Protection - Sorting And Removal Of Materials - Reporting Demolition Waste - Tidying Up The Site And Shaping The Terrain The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And Is Responsible For Site Planning, Safety, Authority Obligations And Waste Management. And Harmful Substances Inventory (Aha Inventory) Will Be Attached To The Procurement Notice In The Question And Answer Section No Later Than 15 July 2026.
