The City Of Courtenay Invites Tenders For C26-103 Ryan Road Sidewalk Upgrades. The Work Will Include The Following:• Replacement Of Ditch And Culvert With 280M Of Pvc Storm Main;• Connecting To New And Existing Lateral Storm Services And Catch Basins;• Constructing 350M Of New Roadside Concrete Sidewalk;• Constructing Street Lighting Along The Concrete Sidewalk;• Removal And Replacement Of Bc Transit Bus Stop; And• Landscaping Boulevard And Restoration.An Optional Pre-Tender Meeting Will Be Held On July 16, 2026, At 1:00P.M. Local Time. The Meeting Location Will Be At 800 Ryan Road In Front Of The Comox Valley Rcmp Sign.Note That Physical Envelope Submissions Will No Longer Be Accepted By The City.Tenders Submitted Must Be Accompanied By The Specified Electronically Certified Bid Bond And Be Received Through The Bc Bid Electronic Submission System.
