The Mortensrud Project Is A Complex Multi-Purpose Project With Development On One Combined Area Divided Into Three Fields - Fields 10, 11 And 12. The Planned Area Is Just Under 200 M2 And Includes Approximately 60,000 M2 Of Bta. Field 10 Contains A New Nursing Home, Care Homes, Library, Leisure Club And Volunteering, Communal Garden And City Park. Field 11 Consists Of The New Mortensrud Primary School With Cultural School And Multi-Purpose Hall With Associated Outdoor Areas And School Park. Field 12 Consists Of A Sports Park With An Athletics Hall, Football Pitches And A Cricket Pitch And Development Of A Forest Park Etc. To Ensure That The Project Is Set Up For Start-Up In Line With This Plan, Oslobygg Is Now Preparing The Establishment Of A Robust Implementation Organization And Corporate Governance. The Mortensrud Project Is To Be Considered A Mega-Project, With A Significant Scope, High Complexity, Many Stakeholders And Great Societal Importance. This Entails Special Requirements For Capacity And Competence In Management And Implementation. We Are Therefore Looking For A Project Director With Management Staff (Resources Within Financial And Risk Management, Progress Management, Construction Management And Other Relevant Resources Within Project Management) Who Will Lead The Implementation Of The Mortensrud Project, With Support From Oslobyggs Resources In The Existing Project Organization And Resources From Other Departments In Oslobygg.
