Mobile Computer Aided Dispatch For Fire Department Vehicles . The Regional District Of Mount Waddington Is Seeking Quotations From Qualified Vendors For The Supply, Installation, And Commissioning Of Mobile Computer-Aided Dispatch (Cad) Agents In Four (4) Fire Department Vehicles Located In Woss, Hyde Creek, Sointula And Coal Harbour. The Project Will Enhance Operational Readiness, Improve Situational Awareness, And Support Next Generation 911 (Ng911) Interoperability. The Regional District Intends To Modernize Its Fire Service Fleet By Equipping Vehicles With Ruggedized Mobile Cad Systems Capable Of: • Receiving Real-Time Dispatch Information • Providing Mapping, Routing, And Hydrant Data • Supporting Ng911 Multimedia Data Exchange (Eido/Idx) • Reducing Radio Traffic And Improving Response Coordination
