The District Has Purchased A Building, Which Was Previously Home To The Boathouse Restaurant In Horseshoe Bay, Located On The Waterfront At Sewell’S Landing, At 6695 Nelson Avenue, West Vancouver. The District Conducted A Public Eoi For Facility Naming Rights And As Part Of That Process Has Entered Into Negotiations With The Howe Sound Biosphere Region Initiative Society (The “Society”) To Renovate And Operate Within The Facility. The Goal Is To Transform This Space To House Three Operations: 1. The Society As The Primary Tenant 2. A Bistro To Serve Visitors To The Primary Tenant, Event Catering, And As A Stand-Alone Destination 3. A Store For Gifts, Art, Souvenirs, Snacks And Convenience Items
