The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Harbor On The Island Of St. Anastasia By Building A Coastal Defense On The Western Coastal Area Within The Water Area Of ​​The Harbor In Order To Provide Shelter To Small Vessels In Adverse Weather Conditions. As A Result Of Such Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Port, It Is Planned To Increase The Number Of Vessels - Tourist Ships And Fishing Boats, Which Can Dock At The Same Time On The Island In Bad Weather Conditions. The Current Marina For Small Tourist Ships On The Island Of St. Anastasia Is Located In An Area Subject To Intense Sea Waves. The Pier Is Of Limited Dimensions And Is Exposed To Wave Action - Directly From The West (W), Northwest (Nw) And North (S) And To Reflected Waves From The South (S). In High Winds And Swells, Access To The Island Is Dangerous Or Impossible. The Wharf Cannot Serve As A Safe Haven For Small Vessels Tossed By A Storm At Sea. The Investment Intention, The Subject Of This Lot, Is Discussed In More Detail In Concept For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Harbor For Small Vessels On St. Anastasia Island In Order To Protect The Water Area From Dangerous Weather Conditions. According To The Developed Concept For The Realization Of The Investment Intention, It Is Necessary To Implement The Following Activities For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Pier: Completion Of The Remaining Part Of The Mall Built In The Course Of Stage I Of The Reconstruction Concept, With A Length Of L=51.50M, Including Expansion Of Electrical And Plumbing Systems.
