The Subject Of The Present Order Includes Major Repairs Of The Water Supply Network And The Asphalt Pavements On The Streets Lyulin, Malchika, Chavdar Voivoda, Andrei Penev, Osvobozhdenie, Tsaribrod, Atanas Manchev, Elin Vrah, Boris Hadjisotirov, Raina Knyagina, Nikolai Laskov, Balchik And Hristo Kabakchiev In The District Krasno Selo, Town Of Karnobat. The Existing Water Supply Network In The District Krasno Selo In The City Of Karnobat Is Mostly Made Of Eternite Pipes Ф80 And Ф125 Mm. The Water Supply For Drinking And Domestic Needs Of The Krasno Selo Neighborhood Comes From Two Places: One Is From A Pressure Water Main (Hw) Located About 400M East Of The Neighborhood And The Other Is From A Reservoir Tower South Of The Neighborhood. The Difference In Terrain Elevations Of The Neighborhood Is About 55 M. Therefore, The Water Supply Is Decided In Two Zones. The Existing Eternit Water Pipelines Are Extremely Depreciated, With Numerous Accidents And With Large Losses On The Water Network. Only On The Streets Of The Krasno Selo District, The Water Pipes Have Not Been Replaced. On All Streets, After The Replacement Of The Water Pipe, A Major Repair Of The Asphalt Surface And Adjacent Sidewalks Will Be Carried Out. The Water Supply Network In The Krasno Selo District Is In Extremely Bad Condition. The Water Pipes Are Eternite, Built In The 1970S. Many Accidents Have Occurred In Recent Years, Resulting In Large Losses Of Drinking Water. The Frequent Excavation Of The Asphalt Pavements On The Streets To Remove Accidents Also Leads To Their Poor Condition. The Krasno Selo Quarter Is Located In The Highest Part Of The City, And During The Winter Months Water Leaks On The Streets And Freezing Make It Difficult For Vehicles To Move On Them And Create Conditions For Road Accidents. During The Summer Months, Frequent Breakdowns Lead To A Lack Of Water To The Highest Parts Of The Neighborhood. Projects Have Been Developed In The Following Specialties: Part Water Supply; Part Drainage Of The Roadway; Road, Vobd, Geology And Hydrogeology, Geodesy With Route Plans; Part Geodesy To Part Road, Pb, Pbz And Puso. According To The Project, It Is Planned To Repair The Water Supply Network Along The Streets Lyulin, Malchika, Chavdar Voivoda, Andrey Penev, Osvobozhdenie, Tsaribrod, Atanas Manchev, Elin Vrah, Boris Hadjisotirov, Raina Knyagina, Nikolay Laskov, Balchik, And The Total Length Of The Water Supply Branches Is 2903 M. On The Streets Subject To The Order, There Will Be Laid Asphalt Concrete And Will Build Sidewalks With A Total Volume Of 21,801.80 Sq.M. The Site, The Subject Of Construction In The Present Procedure, Is Included In The Investment Program For Municipal Sites Under The Law On The State Budget For 2025 (Appendix No. 3 To Art. 113, Para. 11). The Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Territorial Planning, The Requirements Of The Employer And The Provisions Of The Approved Investment Projects. The Types And Quantities Of Cmp Are Specified In The Technical Specifications. Building Permit No. 18/26.02.2024 Was Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Karnobat, Which Has Entered Into Legal Force.
