School Transportation Service To Teaching Centers Of The County Of The Alte Penedès.The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Compulsory And Non-Compulsory School Transport Services Aimed At School Pupils In The Region Of Lat Penedès, On The Routes Detailed In This Document, With The Aim Of Guaranteeing The Continuity Of The Service During The 2026-2027, 2027-2028 And 2028-2029 School Years. The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Awarding Of The Routes Declared Deserted In The Contracting Procedure Approved By The Plenary Of The Upper Penedès Regional Council Of February 19, 2026 And Declared Deserted By The Agreement Of The Plenary Of May 14, 2026, Being Necessary To Process A New Procedure To Ensure The Provision Of The Service.
