Replacement Works Of The Separating Walls And Removal Of The Internal Roof Insulation Of Tanks Nº 3 And Nº 4 Of The Etap Del Llobregat.The Object Of This Contract Is To Carry Out The Works For The Reconstruction Of The Inner Walls And The Removal Of The Waterproofing Material Applied To The Inner Part Of The Cover Of The Tanks 3 And 4 Of The Stage. En Resum Els Treballs A Executar Són:• Treballs De Demolició I Retirada De Murets De Blocs De Formigó. Includes Loading, Transport And Dump Fee.• Removal Of The Internal Insulation Of The Cover Of The Tanks, According To The Ultra High Pressure (Uhp) Robotized Hydrocleaning Method (>1,200 Bar), Without Chemical Products. It Includes The Removal Of The Waste Generated And Its Management At An Authorized Center.• Protection Of The Interior Of The Plates Of The Cover Of The Deposits. Once The Waterproofing Material Is Removed, A Coating Will Be Applied To Protect The Concrete With A Water-Based Epoxy Type Coating.• Execution Of Separating Walls. Reconstruction With Similar Prefabricated Blocks Of Dense Concrete, Grouted And Plastered With Mortar. • Final Cleaning Of The Tank According To Atls Internal Instructions. And Subsequent Disinfection At Atls Charge. All Products Or Materials In Contact With Water Will Comply With Rd 3/2023 And Atls Internal Instruction Ppr-009. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Each Tank Following The Deadlines And Priority Criteria Marked By Atls Operation, Bearing In Mind That One Of The Two Tanks Must Always Be In Service. The Scope Of Action Is Within The Precinct Of The Water Treatment Plant Itself, Therefore There Are No Affections Due To Expropriations And Nor Is There Evidence Of The Presence Of Affected Services.
