The Purpose Of The Design Competition Is To Develop And Create A Modern Southern City Center From The Former Majorsági Area. The Tenderer Is Looking For The Most Suitable Designer Or Design Group To Prepare The Master Plan, Based On The Concept Underlying The Master Plan Formulated In The Design Tender Documentation And Its Annexes (Hereinafter: Documentation) Summarizing This Design Tender Notice And Design Program (Hereinafter: Design Program). The Purpose Of This Design Competition Is To Create A Concept That Is Both Suitable For All The Functions And Services Set Out In The Design Program, As Well As For The Comprehensive Foundation Of The Master Plan To Be Prepared As The Subject Of A Design Contract To Be Concluded With The Winning Designer Selected As A Result Of The Design Competition Based On A Separate Public Procurement Procedure, And On The Basis Of Which, During The Master Design, A New Southern Area Capable Of Housing At Least 8,500 People And Creating At Least 4,000 Jobs Can Be Realized In The Former Majorsági Area.
