Battery Packs – Power Supply Mfa De Kei. Multifunctional Accommodation De Kei Was Completed In 2024 And Festively Opened On November 8. The Building Plays An Important Role In Reusel-De Mierden As A Center For Culture, Reading Promotion And Social Encounters. Because The Multifunctional Accommodation De Kei Was Put Into Use On November 8, 2024, A Temporary External Energy Supply Has Been Set Up, Battery With Generator (Hvo100 Diesel). This Provides For The Supplementation Of The Deficit. There Is A Small Business Connection With A Fused Capacity Of 3 X 80A (55 Kw). Because De Kei Has Been On The Waiting List For Greater Use Of The Large-Scale Connection With Enexis Since 2023, The Building Must Be Temporarily Provided With A Permanent Energy Solution. The Municipal Council Approved An Eos On February 3, 2026. The Eos Will Be Used Until 2031 And Can Then Be Reused At Other Municipal Locations, Ensuring A Lasting Return On Investment. With This Tender, The Municipality Of Reusel Aims To Contract A Supplier Who Can Supply, Install And Maintain An Eos, And In This Way Contribute To A Sustainable And Future-Proof Energy Supply. The Assignment Consists Of Supplying An Eos That Meets The Energy Needs Of The Building. The Contracting Authority Deliberately Combined The Contract. It Was Decided To Combine The Delivery Of An Eos And The Maintenance Of This Solution For The Next 2 Years After Installation. A Robust And Continuous Supply Of Energy For The Community Centre, The Catering Industry, The Library, Meeting Rooms And The Theater, Guaranteeing The Entire Business Operations Of De Kei Until At Least 2034. The Eos Must Also Be Usable Elsewhere By The Municipality After The Large-Scale Consumption Connection Has Been Accepted. In Terms Of Space, The Installation Of The Eos May Not Exceed The Situational Drawing Indicated In The Appendix (See Appendix 10). The Intended Solution Ideally Has The Following Functions: - Capturing Energy Consumption Above The Current Contracted Value Of The Fused Small Business Connection Approximately 55 Kw), Especially In Winter (Peak Shaving). It Is Expected That A Power Supply Of Approximately 88 Kw Is Required. The Resulting Shortage Of Approximately 33 Kw Must Come From An Eos. It Is Expected That An Energy Content Of 550Kwh And A 150Kw Inverter Will Be Sufficient To Absorb The Peaks. - Storing Excess Energy From The 68 Pv Panels Present In The Eng Building, For Nighttime Consumption, Especially In Spring And Summer (Time Shifting). - We Are Also Looking For An Eos With A Maximum Noise Production Of <67 Db At A Distance Of 1 Meter Per Unit. When Using Multiple Units, The Associated Battery May Be 70 Db At The Location Of The Eos Setup. - The Eos System Must Be Implemented In A Container. In The Tender Documents, Various Terms For The Contracting Parties Can Be Used As Synonyms Of Each Other: - Client, Contracting Authority, Organizations
