The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Reconstruction Of Part Of Wing B Of The Main Hospital Complex To Create A Complex Of Rooms For Outpatient Specialist Care In The Scope Of: Reconstruction Of Part Of Wing B Of The Main Hospital Complex, Excluding Reconstruction Of External Partitions And Structural Elements To Create A Complex Of Rooms For Outpatient Specialist Care In The Building Of The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rheumatology And Rehabilitation At Ul. Spartańska 1. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Planned To Perform Comprehensive Construction And Installation Works. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: Demolition Works, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Tiling, Flooring, Plastering And Painting Works. Installation Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, Including Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Water And Sewage Installations And Central Heating, Are Also Planned. Additionally, The Task Includes The Implementation Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including Ssp, Dso, Access Control And Call System Installations. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of 60 Months. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Following Annexes To The Swz: 1) Executive Design Reconstruction Of Part Of The B Wing Of The Main Hospital Complex, Excluding The Reconstruction Of External Partitions And Structural Elements In Order To Create A Complex Of Rooms For Outpatient Specialized Care In The Building Of The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rheumatology And Rehabilitation At Ul. Spartańska 1 - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Pre-Quantitation Cost Estimates For Reconstruction Of Part Of The B Wing Of The Main Hospital Complex, Excluding The Reconstruction Of External Partitions And Structural Elements In Order To Create A Complex Of Outpatient Specialist Care Rooms In The Building Of The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rheumatology And Rehabilitation At Ul. Spartańska 1 - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; 5. The Ordering Party Shall Specify In The Order Documents The Requirements For The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, I.E. Manual Workers Performing General Construction Works.
