The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Successive Delivery Of Basic Reagents, Hereinafter Referred To As Materials, Reagents Or Products, For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University In Krakow (Excluding The Collegium Medicum Uj), Intended In Particular For The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Education, Scientific Activities And Commercialization Of The Results Of These Activities. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Quantitative List Of Reagents, Is Set Out In Annex A To The Swz, Which Is Also A Form For Calculating The Offer Price. 2.1 The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Products In Packaging Other Than That Indicated In Annex A To The Swz, However, Only Smaller Packaging Is Allowed, While Maintaining The Proportionality Of The Price Resulting From The Contractors Offer.
