Construction Work – Total Company Planning And Civil Engineering Services Underground Containers (Ufc) For Rubbish. Disposal + Recycling Zurich (Erz) Provides Underground Containers For Waste Disposal In The City Of Zurich. The Basis For This Is Provided By Article 16 Of The Ordinance For Waste Management In The City Of Zurich (Vaz). Erz Installs Underground Containers (Ufc) On Private Or Public Land. In Accordance With Art. 15 Vaz, Private Owners Provide The Space Required On Their Property For The Installation Of The Ufc. It Is Estimated That An Average Of 21 New Ufcs Will Be Installed Annually Between 2027 And 2030, Meaning That By The End Of 2030, 84 New Ufcs Will Be In Operation On Private Or Public Land. With This Submission, Erz Is Looking For A General Contractor Who Will Plan The Project In Coordination With Erz On Private Construction Projects, Obtain The Necessary Permits, Install The Ufc And Represent Erz On Site During The Construction Work. The General Contractor Also Provides Erz With The Necessary Plans And Documents Required To Secure The Ufc (Personal Easement) In The Land Register.
