The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With A Service Consisting In Organizing The Transport Of Disabled Students, Together With Providing Care, To Specialized Educational Institutions Located In The Krakow Municipality, The Wieliczka Commune And The Myślenice Commune, As Well As Their Transportation After School, Together With The Transport Of Students To Additional Classes Organized And Implemented By Educational Institutions (All Types Of Extra-Curricular Activities, Sports Competitions, Thematic Trips, Special Events, Etc. - Including The Possibility Of Individual Transport). 2. The Order Implementation Period Covers The School Year 2026/2027 In The Period 01/09/2026 - 25/06/2027. 3. The Service Does Not Include Transport To Various Types Of Supportive, Corrective, Rehabilitation Classes, Etc., Which Do Not Take Place In Connection With The Course Of School Classes Organized And Conducted By The Students Home Educational Institution, And In Which The Student Participates As A Result Of An Individual Decision Of The Parent/Legal Guardian. 4. The Service Will Be Performed In Accordance With The School Year Calendar For A Given Period Approved By The Minister Responsible For Education. In The 2026/2027 School Year, The Transport Task Will Cover A Total Of 52 Students, Including 48 Students In The Collective Transport And 4 Students In The Individual Transport In Accordance With The Data Included In Annex 8 To The Swz.
