Kss Energia Oy (Hereafter Procurement Unit) Has An Ongoing Project For The Acquisition Of The Hinkismäki Electric Boiler Plant, Which Consists Of Several Planning, Procurement And Construction Management Tasks And Assignments (Epcm Services). The Purpose Of The Current Procurement Is To Include The Bidder Acting As An Epcm Consultant As A Partner Of The Procurement Unit In The Project, So That The Bidder Is Responsible For, Among Other Things, The Planning, Procurement And Construction Management Required By The Project. Based On The Procurement Procedure, An Epcm Consultancy Contract Is Concluded With One Service Provider. The More Detailed Content Of The Service To Be Procured Is Defined In The Appendices Of This Request For Participation.
