Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services – Comprehensive Organization Of A Foreign Study Visit To Spain For Stakeholders Of The Process Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska With The Right Of Option. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Foreign Study Visit To Spain For Stakeholders Of The Process Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska With The Right Of Option For A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 20 People. The Duration Of The Visit Is 5 Calendar Days, Including 3 Days On Site, The First And Fifth Days Are Treated As Arrival And Departure Days, A Total Of 4 Nights On Site 2. The Basic Visit Order Includes The Following Elements: 1) Development And Presentation Of A Detailed Visit Program To The Ordering Party; 2) Air Transport Service For Visiting Participants; 3) Transport To And From The Airport On The First And Fifth Day (Kraków - Balice Or Katowice - Pyrzowice); 4) Transport Service Within Spain For The Participants Of The Visit; 5) Full Board For The Participants Of The Visit; 6) Accommodation Of The Participants Of The Visit; 7) Translation Service; 8) Insurance Of Visit Participants; 9) Providing Coordination And Photographic Care; 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, Which Includes The Following Elements: 1) Providing Additional Dinners For Invited Guests (Option No. 1); 2) Participation Of Additional People In The Visit (Option No. 2); 3) Providing Admission Tickets (Option No. 3) 4. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 6. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 7. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 8. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Building A Cooperation Network And Monitoring The Just Transformation Process In The Małopolska Voivodeship And Is Co-Financed By The European Union, From The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program.
