The Subject Of The Order Is The Entrustment Of Four Aircraft, Type L-410 Uvp-E20 With Factory Number 3301 And Registration Marks Sn-61Yg, With Factory Number 3302 And Registration Marks Sn-62Yg, With Factory Number 3416 And Registration Marks Sn-63Yg, With Factory Number 3417 And Registration Marks Sn-35Yg For The Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (Camo) In Order To Meet The Requirements Of Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 1321/2014 Of 26 November 2014 On The Continuing Airworthiness Of Aircraft And Aeronautical Products, Parts And Equipment, As Well As On The Approvals Granted To Organizations And Personnel Involved In Such Tasks. (As Amended). 2. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Technical Services Performed Is 2 Months Or 100 Hours. Work, Whichever Comes First. 3. The Contractor Selected During The Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Tor And In Accordance With Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 1321/2014 Of 26 November 2014 On The Continuing Airworthiness Of Aircraft And Aviation Products, Parts And Equipment, As Well As On Approvals Granted To Organizations And Staff Involved In Such Tasks (Oj Eu.L.2014.362.1, As Amended). 4. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465), Persons Performing The Subject Of The Contract (I.E. Performing Activities Related To The Management Of Continuing Airworthiness And Technical Services). The Ordering Party Further Specified In The Swz The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of These Persons And Its Rights To Control The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Requirements. 5. Place Of Order Fulfillment: The Order Will Be Fulfilled In The Territory Of Poland And The Territory Of The European Union Member States. 6. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Granted To It, And The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure On This Basis Is Provided For In The Contract Notice (Article 257 Of The Public Procurement Law). 7. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.
