Meal-Cooking Services - Providing Cooking And Waiter Services At The Leśnik Training And Recreation Center In Orzechów In 2026 - Ii Procedure. 1) The Subject Of The Order Are Cooking And Waiter Services At The Leśnik Training And Recreation Center In Orzechów In 2026. 2) The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Including: Description Of The Subject Of The Order And List Of Activities For Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order. 3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order: Cookery, Kitchen Help And Waiter Activities, Due To The Fact That The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 227, As Amended). Obligations And Rights Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Related To The Above. Requirements Are Specified In The Template Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order, Subject To Independent Implementation Of Key Elements (Parts) Of The Order, Which Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers Described In Point 16.2. Subpoint 2) Swz. The Key Elements (Parts) Of The Order Should Be Understood As Activities Involving The Supervision Of Facilities, I.E. Supervision Activities. To The Extent That The Contractor Does Not Undertake To Independently Implement The Elements (Parts) Of The Order Within The Criterion Referred To Above, The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. If Subcontracting Is Not Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On The Terms Specified In The Contract. 5) The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Entrust The Contractor With An Additional Scope Of Work In Relation To The Total Number Of All Activities Priced In Each Item Of The Offer Form Constituting Part Of The Offer (Option). The Subject Of The Option Will Be The Same (Analogous) Works And Activities As Described In The Swz And Priced By The Contractor In Any Of The Items Of The Offer Form Constituting Part Of The Offer.
