The new design should reuse the current S3TOC hardware to the maximum extent possible. Regarding software, it may reuse parts of the current system, which shall be modified as needed, considering that third-party IPRs should be avoided.It is important to note that the S3TOC is currently an operational system and that it shall remain operational through the execution of this work.
