Quotation are invited for NB-PS-Consulting-Environmental-Technical Assessment of the BiClean Facility. Background Information: The Environment and Sustainable Development Unit (ESDU) at the American University of Beirut (AUB), within the framework of the MEDWISE project, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, is seeking to contract a qualified technical company or individual consultant to conduct a technical assessment of the BiClean membrane composting facility located in Bikfaya, Lebanon. The composting facility consists of four independently aerated membrane-covered composting tunnels, including ventilation systems, process-control instrumentation, leachate collection infrastructure, electrical control panels, and laboratory testing equipment. Following a prolonged period of inactivity, the assessment shall evaluate the operational condition, functionality, and rehabilitation requirements of the facility.
