Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar Power Street Lamps. Interested bidders may obtain relevant bid documents between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 06.07.2026 until 27.07.2026 on submission of a written letter of request on a business letterhead along with the receipt obtained from the Financial Assistant of the Central Provincial Ministry of Road Development, at No. 109, Yatinuwara Street, Kandy upon payment of a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 1500.00 in cash. Bids submitted should be valid up to 12.10.2026 and a bid security to the value of Rs. 150,000.00 drawn in favour of Secretary, Central Provincial Ministry of Road Development, Transport, Power and Energy and Housing and Construction issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to 09.11.2026 should be submitted with the bid. Or else, Rs. 150,000.00 should be paid to the Financial Assistant of the Central Provincial Ministry of Road Development in cash in valid Sri Lankan currency and the certified copy of the cash receipt should be submitted with the bid as the bid security.
